We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers at UMOJA In Home Care in Madison, WI. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients to help them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Help with meal planning and preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Assist with medication management
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass a background check
